Employer Staff training

Pelican Staffing Solutions works with employers/clients to assist with training needs for their current staff. We offer classes for workers to gain job skills, life skills, soft skills and language skills for employment.

We can help employers access training through Pelican Staffing Solutions designed training programs, international training institutions,  local training institutions and other training providers or create a specific training plan to meet an employer’s needs. Pelican Staffing Solutions offers training services to improve employee retention, to enhance employee opportunities for career advancement and to provide a positive training environment. Classes may be offered at the work site, institution training sites or at Pelican Staffing Solutions training site depending on needs, space and equipment.
