Food workers are encouraged to take the food Handler Training course, or mandated depending on different cities/state/country policy.
The food handler trainings are valuable for anyone preparing food in a commercial kitchen or working in a food business. This includes kitchen food handlers, servers and other staff (and anyone who would like to work in a commercial food business).
